Students from Topeka, KS Gather 1000 Coats as Kingdom Workers 0
I recently saw this article from the Topeka Capital-Journal about two high school students that teamed up to gather 1000 coats for the homeless and needy this winter. They are doing this in response to the Kingdom Worker challenge card they received at MOVE this summer
We’ve been reading about and hearing about a lot of teenagers accepting the Kingdom worker challenge and it is truly a credit to the awesomeness of God. It’s incredibly exciting to see the students that attended MOVE take up the banner of Christ and reach out to their communities.
These students are a great example of the work that Christ In Youth is trying to do in the hearts and minds of teenagers across the United States and the world. We will be posting more stories of similar actions by students as well. As CIY continues to grow, please pray that we continue to impact student lives and call them to become the Kingdom workers that Jesus has callem them to be.
Or if you are looking to go a little further, please consider volunteering your time at a CIY event this coming year, or click on the DONATE button above to invest in our ministry.
God is moving in the hearts and minds of students, and they are answering the call.
